Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Partner: Pathao Courier
  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Product Inspection

Customers must inspect their products in front of the Pathao delivery representative before accepting the parcel.

If you receive:

  • Wrong Product
  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product

Please inform the delivery representative immediately.

Once the delivery representative leaves, no return, exchange, or complaint regarding product condition will be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defects

The issue must be reported while the delivery representative is present.

Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) will follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Products without warranty cannot be claimed after successful delivery.
