At OrboKit, we strive to ensure every customer receives the correct product in perfect condition.
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Please check your order in front of the Pathao delivery representative before accepting it.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify the delivery representative immediately.
- Once the delivery representative leaves, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- The issue is reported while the delivery representative is present.
Returns will not be accepted after the delivery has been completed and the delivery representative has left.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products changed by customer preference.
- Used or damaged products after delivery.
- Products reported after the delivery representative has left.

We deliver across Bangladesh through Pathao Courier.
Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation.
- Customers will receive updates regarding their shipment.
Delivery Instructions
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the parcel upon delivery.
- Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting it.
